The Drug & Alcohol Education Program is for all Out-of-Country License holders that would like to obtain their driver's license in the State of Maryland. This is a 1-day class in which the instructor will remind drivers of the consequences of drinking and driving, as well as the effects of prescribed and non-prescribed drugs while driving.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the REAL ID compliance, we urge you to visit MVA's website to see a list of documents required to prove your status in the USA as a COMPLIANT or NON-COMPLIANT individual as different documents may be required for each situation.
At the end of this class we will provide you with a Certificate of Completion which will have to be presented at MVA on your initial appointment.
